She starts to write inside.
A grey cat jumps up.
The cat lands on pages.
Pencil pauses above the paper.
The pages hide under fur.
Mia lifts the cat carefully.
She places the cat beside.
The cat rolls back quickly.
Mia laughs with excited eyes.
She steps down to the desk.
She puts the book there.
The cat stays on bed.
She writes her name inside.
A hidden paper bird pops.
Its wings lift from the page.
Mia gasps and blinks fast.
The open book rests still.
