Luca carried a small kite to the park. He wanted the kite to touch sunshine. The sky above stayed clear and wide. A musician sat near the pond. Soft notes reached Luca while he worked. He smiled and started to run against the breeze. The kite lifted, rising toward the far horizon slowly.

A sudden gust twisted the tail around the guitar neck. Strings buzzed loudly, and coins jumped from the case. Children clapped and pigeons scattered over the water. Luca ran back, pulling the tangled kite with care. He kneeled and helped the musician collect rolling coins. One coin stopped inside Luca’s shoe, bright under sunshine. They laughed as the breeze calmed. The musician played a bright chord, matching the open sky. Luca tied the string shorter and lifted the kite again. This time it floated gently, clearing every hat and guitar. Light wind carried the music across grass. Luca walked home with the folded kite in his hand.
