Morning light filled the narrow street.

The animal wanted a round bread roll on top.

The raccoon climbed the lowest box and stretched upward.

The box slipped, bumped a metal can, and rolled sideways.

The can tapped a board that leaned against the wall.

The board fell, slid under the cart, and pushed its leg.

The cart shook; the bread roll dropped beside the raccoon.

Children walked past from morning learning inside the school.

They did not observe the quick paw grab the prize.

The raccoon held the roll and padded into a drain.

Small crumbs trailed across the cracked ground.

Behind it, the street stayed busy with usual sound.
