Leaf Bridge over the Puddle-

Story Content
English Original
Rosa taps a flat stone. The stone drops into the big puddle. Water slaps. Tiny ripples build circles across the surface. A silver line spreads, then fades. Light glints on wet stone. Drips fall from the roof edge. Small leaves drift near her boots.
She nudges a rough stick into soft mud. Mud bubbles rise. Mud pops. A snail trails along one brick. The sun is warm. Rosa lays a broad leaf on the small puddle. The leaf rests like a low bridge. She blows on it once. A quiet ripple answers. She touches the leaf again. A water strider skates into view.
Translation
