Rain Shaped a Glassy Path-

English 原文
A hollow plop echoed over the muddy trail when another drop struck the puddle beside Luna's boot. She balanced her small backpack on a steel-grey root, planning to climb over the fallen trunk that blocked the path. She had already unwrapped a small snack—two buttery biscuits—and set them on the log like markers. With one knee on the bark she tried sliding forward, yet her boot skated sideways, stopped only by a soaked wedge of moss. Rain had been collecting in boot prints, and a faint stream had been diverted by a wedge of broken branch near her toes. She stepped back to the trail, mud splashing on her shin, and reconsidered the underside where the bark remained dry.
A sharper breeze flipped one biscuit, sending it spinning into the puddle with a faint splash. Luna jumped down, chasing the floating circle before water soaked it completely. While grabbing it, her sleeve brushed Yara's walking stick; the stick toppled, tapping the metal buckle like a loose bell. She righted the stick, wiped grit from the biscuit, and when she turned again, three long breaths had passed. If the gust had blown harder, the biscuit would have sunk beneath the brown surface. Rainfall meanwhile thickened; droplets formed translucent beads on the moss, and silver light flashed across the fiberglass-smooth surface. The narrow generation gap between darker heartwood and fresh splinters filled with water that streamed along the trunk.
Luna decided timing mattered more than force, so she waited for the drip rhythm to pause before moving again. She planted one foot under the trunk where ridged bark gripped her sole, then eased her body through the root plate gap. Mud on her heel slithered, yet the trunk held; she had borrowed the brief silent window the rain granted. Behind her, a dark smear curved across the mossy top, marking where sliding rubber had scraped away the green.
