English 원문
Milo carried a small tray of seedlings into the garden. He hoped to plant them before the noon sun peaked. Warmth from the early sun reached his bare arms slowly. He laid a gentle blanket on the grass beside him. A bright trowel rested near the hole he already dug. The quiet corner stood away from voices and traffic nearby. Suddenly a brown hare burst from low bushes behind Milo. The animal bumped the tray; soil scattered across the grass. The watering can tipped over and rolled toward the open hole. Water spilled into the pit, turning the neat circle into mud.
Mud splashed onto Milo’s shoes and darkened his socks quickly. He stepped back, shook his foot, and breathed through parted lips. The hare circled once, then curled beside the blanket for nap. Its nose twitched, yet the creature rested as if nothing happened. Milo lifted the tray, scooped loose soil, and pressed it firm. He filled the muddy hole with fresh earth from the bag. Sunshine dried the surface while Milo placed each seedling with care. Gentle breeze passed, carrying light scent of wet soil over leaves. The hare stretched, blinked, and hopped away through the tall stems. Milo wiped his hands on the blanket and closed the gate.
