Rita walks into the market. The air is warm. She holds a small gift. People look at bright fruit. A goat moves between baskets. The goat bumps her arm. The gift drops on red apples. Rita steps back quickly. She watches the goat sniff. The goat wanders to another stall.

Rita kneels near fallen apples. Ant lines cross the dry wood. She lifts the gift softly again. Red dust covers the box. She wipes the light dust away. She places the gift inside her bag. She checks the ribbon once again. People move around the busy stall. The goat munches leaves nearby. Rita smiles and closes her bag softly. Rita stays beside the stall.
