A tasty smell reaches nose.
Distant dogs chase a ball.
The puppy pads toward it.
A crow flaps down suddenly.
The wings brush the bowl.
A slice of bread drops.
Milk splashes over the rim.
Small ants circle wet crumbs.
The puppy slips one step.
Drops land on smooth fur.
It shakes and steps closer.
Tongue laps the foamy mix.
Bread soaks and sinks slowly.
The crow hops away fast.
The puppy rests by the bowl.
