The air is very warm. Lily holds a new bell. She walks outside the house. A tall tree stands nearby. Leaves show bright green color. Soft light runs between branches. Birds sing above the leaves. She lifts the bell upward. She steps onto a stool. The branch stays just high. Lily pauses for a moment. She looks inside the bucket. A long stick lies there. She takes the stick now. She lifts the bell higher. The stick pushes the bell. The bell hooks the branch. A small acorn drops suddenly. It taps her hat lightly. Lily laughs, excited and careful. The bell stays still now.
