The paint chips and flakes.
Salt leaves white crust lines.
Clear water rolls inside softly.
A dolphin circles under the glass.
Tiny waves tap the pool edge.
Light flashes over its smooth back.
The sound is quiet now.
Glare covers part of the glass.
She lifts her sleeve to shade.
New clear space opens for eyes.
Near her shoe, a green stem.
A tight rose bud leans upward.
Its tip shows deep red lines.
Petals stay closed, yet tense.
Wind moves the leaves slightly.
Lena stays still beside water.
