A small pumpkin sits there.
A wooden dragon waits beside it.
Orange skin shows small lines.
Tiny paint marks dot dragon.
She holds a paper bird.
She raises the bird upward.
The room is bright.
She ties thin thread overhead.
The bird spins around fast.
It bumps the wooden dragon.
Thread shakes and squeaks softly.
She presses soft clay on wing.
The body tilts to one side.
Clay smears the white paper.
She clips a crispy leaf on wing.
Leaf edges stay crispy green.
The bird hangs still above pumpkin.
The bird stays still above dragon.
