The Seeds Drift-

Story Content
English Original
Luna placed a shallow plastic tub on the balcony floor. Cool air came through the open window. She wanted to rinse a dried starfish she found yesterday. Tap water poured in, swirling sand at the bottom. The tub rocked, and water spilled over the rim. The clear stream flowed across a loose marble near the corner. The marble rolled forward and struck a small seed dish. Seeds scattered over the tiles and floated in the moving water.
A chinchilla watched from its cage as seeds drifted past. A curious rabbit hopped free on the mat beside the cage. Water pushed the seeds, and the rabbit chased the gentle trail. A drop splashed upward and landed on Luna’s ear. She grabbed a thick towel and pressed it against the stream. The cloth slowed the flow, yet small leaks crept under it. A stone knight statue stood with dignity beside the door. Water slowed at the thick towel. It curved around and kept slipping toward the drain.
Translation
