Her feet slide, not jump.
At the cup she notices dots.
Water marks dot the mat.
Each mark shows soft rain.
Dust drifts like pale cloud.
A warm wooden scent rises.
She reaches the painted block.
A tiny crack splits river.
Light flickers on the shelf.
Grey scratches sketch another cloud.
The top hums beside her.
