Lina walks along the path. The air is cool. The sun is bright today. She moves past tall grass. Her thirtieth step meets gravel. A wooden gate stands ahead. Beside the gate, one pumpkin rests. The gate feels heavy and stuck. Lina presses the side bar. The bar tilts and opens space. She slips through the narrow gap. Then she reaches a small pond. Water covers flat stepping stones. She halts at the edge. A curved log floats nearby. She steps onto the log. Ripples spread under the log.

Lina turns and walks back. At the pond, tiny fish dart. A curious person stands behind trees. A blue feather sticks on pumpkin. A pink petal stays on her shoe.
