The air is cool.
A gentle breeze moves leaves.
Sam walks in the park.
His uncle walks beside him.
A kite hangs on branches.

A parent waves under it.
The child points and waits.
Sam sees the stuck kite.
He steps under the tree.
The branch is very high.
Sam is not tall.
His uncle lifts him up.
Sam stretches his strong arms.
His fingers touch the string.
The string rubs his skin.
The knot does not move.
Sam shifts and pulls slowly.
The knot slides at last.
The kite drifts down gently.
Golden paper flashes in light.
The child claps once.
The breeze takes the kite sideways.
It lands on Sam's head.
People laugh around Sam.
Sam hands the kite over.
The parent nods in thanks.
Sam steps down slowly.
The branch stays still now.
