In a quaint village, there was a tranquil lake. A delicate feather floated on the water. Mia, a curious girl, saw the feather. "What a beautiful feather!" she said. She picked it up gently. The feather felt soft and light in her hands.
Mia wanted to know where it came from. She looked around the lake. Suddenly, she saw a bird in a tree. The bird looked sad. "Why are you sad?" Mia asked.
"I lost my favorite feather!" said the bird. Mia smiled and gave the feather back. The bird felt happy again.
"Thank you!" said the bird. Mia felt proud. She helped a friend today.
