Photo by a Pigeon- 適合初級的英語短篇故事

Leo packed a small bag for a weekend trip. He planned to walk around Green Lake with his camera. The sky stayed clear, and the path felt smooth. Near the pier, a grey pigeon watched from a bench. Leo took bread from his bag and tossed small pieces. A sudden flutter filled the air around his shoulders. A full flock landed, searching for more crumbs. Under a post, a red sign read: 'Mistake! No Feeding'.

The birds pushed each other and kicked over Leo's map. The paper slid into the water beside the boat. Leo reached forward, but the map floated away quickly. He sighed, then turned his camera toward the busy scene. One bold pigeon jumped onto his shoe and stared upward. The bird pressed the camera button with its tiny beak. The screen showed a sharp photo of the entire flock. Leo laughed because the picture looked better than his plans. He saved the shot and wiped crumbs from his hands. He walked slowly toward the lake.
