Ben entered the storage room after class.

He needed a bright flamingo for the science table next morning.

The model stood high on the top shelf.

A tiny cradle for dolls rested beside the bird.

Ben placed a chair under the shelf and climbed carefully.

The chair shook when his hand reached the flamingo's foot.

He caught the bird, but the cradle tipped over suddenly.

Small wooden blocks inside the cradle slid onto a paint can.

The can rolled across the table and knocked a glue bottle.

Glue splashed, sticking the chair leg to the polished floor.

Ben jumped down and yanked the chair, but it refused movement.

He looked around and saw a gentle cloth near the sink.

He wiped the glue fast, freeing the leg after several pulls.

During the struggle, the paint can hit the wall panel lightly.

A hidden drawer clicked open and slid forward.

Inside lay an old silver key that nobody remembered.

Ben placed the key in his pocket and carried the flamingo.

He walked out, leaving the room calm and tidy again.
