Summer sky is bright. Soft air touches grass. A brown squirrel sees a nut. The nut sits on a plank. Water runs under the plank. The squirrel steps onto wood. Trust hangs in the warm air. The nut begins its journey. A tall tree stands near. First, the squirrel pushes by paw. The nut rolls but drops back. Second, the squirrel uses a twig. The twig bends and slides away. Third, the squirrel pulls a wide leaf. The leaf rests under the nut. Water lifts leaf and nut forward. Leaf glides across the stream. Nut reaches dry ground at last. The plank stays wet and dark.
