Eli lifts three small stones.
He stacks them by the glass.

He steadies the small stack.
Then he sets them in a line.
A thin dust mark stays on the wood.
Eli wipes a small circle on the foggy glass.
Fog returns fast.
A quick raindrop runs down and crosses it.
Eli rubs the spot with the dry cloth.
The circle clears again.
He breathes on the circle.
