The Rolling Cans-

English 원문
Gwen lifted the full kettle toward the kitchen sink. Soft morning light fell over jars, papers, and empty cans. She aimed to sort the plastic waste for school art. She planned to recycle them before lunch. A large jug blocked her reach to the blue box. She slid the jug aside with one quick push. The jug bumped a glass, and cold water poured out.
The water raced across the table and soaked a paper bag. Clear drops slid past pencils and tiny screws near the edge. The wet bottom tore, dropping cans onto the tiled floor. Each can rolled away with a satisfying metallic rattle. One can reached the open door and started toward the stairs. Gwen sprang forward and placed a wooden spoon before its rolling edge. The can knocked the spoon, slowed, and curved into a corner. Above, a thin stream still dripped from the table edge.
