A red ball rolls off the shelf. It bumps the wet boat gently. Paint splashes across the table. Spots land on tiny wood figures. He sets three figures on deck. One figure is an artist. One figure is a leader. One figure is a man. Dots of blue speckle them. The pattern looks like sea spray. He nods and wipes the brush. The boat stays on the table.
