Delia and Renn came to water a tiny seedling.
Cool damp air touched Delia's wrists.
Delia aimed the stream at the base of it.
A sudden gust bent the stream to the fence.
The spray hit a shallow tray by the service path.
Water splashed out and ran along dusty cracks.
Renn said, "It is calm now."
Delia turned the tap lower and built a small ring.
She pressed soil to shape a moat around the stem.
Wind came back and drifted the fine mist outward.
The run met the ring and curved inward.
