Foam pieces shot upward, sprayed across benches and stools. The crash ended the old dispute about the machine noise. Foam stuck to Jasper's sleeves and floated toward the door. The drum kept turning in its rhythm while white bits drifted. Jasper tucked the plane inside his pocket and walked away. A stray foam shard slid under the nearby bench.
