Tobin presses his cheek lower. A star shell glints nearby. Soft light shimmers over wet stones. Its lines look crisp and new. Another child's toy boat tilts. The day stays bright and warm. Tobin looks happy and laughs. The crab stops at a pool. Tobin stands still beside driftwood. A small gull lands behind him.
