The room is bright. Mia holds an empty cup. Mia walks to the sink. The tap is high. The cup cannot reach. A low stool stands near. Mia climbs on the stool. She lifts the cup higher. Water pours into the cup. A tiny bubble pops out. A paper boat appears suddenly. The spin looks fun. Mia watches the moment closely. The boat circles the rim. Then water splashes over edge. Drops jump onto a story book. Pages wave under the water. Mia moves the book away. The boat slides and sinks. The water stays still.
