Tiny ants begin to explore nearby.
First, a red berry touches her knee.

The bowl stays empty and plain.
Next, a broad leaf lands on shoulder.
It hides the bright color inside.
Wind lifts the leaf away again.
Her elbow shifts; bowl edges forward.
A round yellow fruit drops suddenly.
It falls straight into the bowl.
The juice smells tasty and bright.
Seeds tap the thin rim lightly.
The bowl stays under her still hands.
