Shell Above the Wave-

English 原文
Warm dawn light fell over a small tide pool.
A brown crab climbed from sand toward an open shell.
Clear water covered the rock, then slipped back again.
In the shallow moment, the crab tugged at the shell.
A new wave rolled in and hid the shell completely.
Green growth covered a rusty anchor beside the pool.
When water left, the metal flashed bright against stone.
Progress across the slippery sand slowed during the second flood.
The crab paused while foam pushed over its legs and eyes.
Wave retreated once more and left wet sand shining.
The crab found better footing between rough lines on the anchor.
Using that solid edge, it levered the shell onto dry ground.
Another quick gust inspired tiny ripples across the quiet surface.
Foam lapped below; the shell stayed dry beside the anchor.
