The ball rolls but stops.

A small root holds it.

Jethro adds a quick push.

The ball moves into light.

The other child claps softly.

"Thanks!" the child says.

The teacher on the bench smiles.

Jethro picks up some acorns.

One acorn sits proud on stone.

He places it in the child's pocket.

The red ball now rests beside shoes.

The red ball taps the grass.
