She leans over the mat. An oval damp patch shines. It looks cool and dark. A hand from the tower blocks light. Blocks stay steady. The view dims for a moment. Lily slides left to the window.
A pale ring sits on wood. It is wet under the cup. Green grass outside reflects in it. So green. Tiny dots sparkle, then fade. Archie says, "Green light on the mat."
She uses the gap under the shelf. A small plastic bus rests. A clear drop hugs a wheel. She does not touch it. Dust drifts. The drop beads on the wheel.
