A crab watches from a rock.
Vernon pats a smooth pebble.
A far dolphin rolls above water.
"Look, water moves!" Joelle says.
Vernon swings the driftwood stick.
Dry sand sprays like a rabbit silhouette.
Sea birds skip over gentle waves.
Wind drops the grains near footprints.
Behind them, a small playground waits.
Sunlight warms the wide planks.
A small crab slips away.
