The sun is warm. Clouds move across the blue sky. Milo walks into the school yard. A bright book sits under his arm. He looks at friends who play. Raindrops start to fall now. He holds the book tight. Milo runs toward a small roof. His book bumps a metal can. The can rolls over a puddle. Water jumps onto Milo’s shoe.

Milo steps back from the splash. Friends laugh and stop their play. One friend kicks the rolling can. The can hits the book edge. The book flips open by surprise. A tiny paper boat slides out. Rain carries the boat across water. The paper boat looks nice. Rain pooled on the roof.
