Miko walks along a field.
Morning dew shines on grass.
Cool air carries a sweet smell.
He sees a flat stone.
Soft peace hangs in air.
He walks to a thin plank.
The plank crosses a narrow ditch.
Wet dew makes the plank slick.
His foot slips for a moment.
He saves his balance with arms.
He steps off the plank.
Ahead, a tall tree stands.
He turns around at the tree.
He walks back over the plank.
A fallen leaf sticks on it.
He crosses and sees the stone.
Now a small snail circles it.
He walks to the start spot.
The grass still holds bright dew.
One white feather is on ground.
Birdsong rises then fades again.
One drop of dew stays.
