Sunlight paints wide stripes across tiles.
Outside the window, a tall tree waves.
A loose leaf floats past glass.
Beyond, a low hill rises gently.
Plates wait for quiet breakfast soon.
Tara hums, "Morning, Seren."
Seren stands beside the tall stool.
The bowl rests a little high.
A drip from the tap plinks.
Seren reaches; fingers meet empty air.
His toes lift; heels leave floor.
The mango stays beyond small reach.
Seren pulls the stool near slowly.
Wood legs scrape the bright tiles.
He climbs; palms press the seat.
The stool wobbles for one breath.
He steadies with both short arms.
Now the mango rests under hand.
Seren lifts the fruit and grins.
Sunlight still paints stripes around mango.
