Milo walks along the road. A soft bag swings slowly. He heads toward his home. Street trees move under wind. A bright star sticker glints. It lies near his shoe. He bends and picks it. Light from cars hits metal. The sticker shines even brighter. Milo smiles at the shape. He tucks it inside pocket. Wind continues to push leaves.

Milo nears the garden gate. A duck blocks the path. It quacks with funny rhythm. Milo pauses two steps back. The bird flaps but stays. Milo lifts the star sticker. Street light hits its foil. Silver rays move on ground. The duck turns toward glitter. It waddles off the path. The gate space opens again. Milo walks through the gate. He steps inside his home. The street stays quiet.
